As part of the MPS’ transformational strategy, multiple buildings were renovated and upgraded, impacting large numbers of officers and staff across different security classifications. Providing relevant information to each group and ensuring all stakeholders remained informed and aware of the process and its impact was key to maintaining operational capability during the changes.

The work

  • Communications plan was developed and executed
  • Create collateral of supporting materials, such as Welcome packs, Countdown emails, Newsletters, Briefing packs, Workshop materials and more
  • Revamp intranet pages
  • Deliver multiple surveys to gauge readiness and success of moves
